Mack Media Co. provides media production services including sports videography, wedding films, NIL content, senior portraits, brand campaigns, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements between Mack Media Co. and each client.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, video, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Mack Media Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Mack Media Co.

4. Client Content and Licensing

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, Mack Media Co. retains ownership of all raw footage, edits, and creative assets produced during a project. Clients receive a license to use delivered final content for the purposes outlined in their project agreement. Mack Media Co. reserves the right to use project work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the operation of our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mack Media Co. and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mack Media Co. for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Mack Entertainment & Media Corp, you agree to the following terms:

• Program name: Mack Entertainment & Media Corp SMS Program.
• Program description: Mack Entertainment & Media Corp may send automated text messages in two categories: (1) non-marketing messages including booking confirmations, project updates, and scheduling reminders; and (2) marketing messages including review requests and promotional offers about our media production services. Each category requires its own separate opt-in consent.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Non-marketing messages are sent as needed based on your bookings. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carrier liability: Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
